Kladi started in the home loan industry by working for one of the largest organizations in the industry. After years of work as a loan officer it became clear that there was a better way to help home buyers.
The loan process and the interaction with clients at the bank or retail was simply inflexible and prohibitive, even archaic. Client support was not a priority for mortgage professional. Everything revolved around "pushing deals through." The entire process was impersonal and inefficient. Besa Home Mortgage is different. Everything we do is centered around the client experience.
